退換貨政策 (Return/Exchange Policy)

我們非常注重產品品質,並希望您滿意我們的產品。基於食品安全及衛生考量,本公司對於退貨/換貨提供以下有限的政策條款:

  • 換貨申請時限: 如您收到貨品後發現問題需要換貨,請於收到貨品起計 7 天內 聯絡我們提出換貨要求(以物流顯示的簽收日期為準)。逾期將不予受理換貨申請。請注意,除非符合以下列明的條件,我們一般不接受退貨退款申請,敬請見諒。
  • 可接受換貨的情況: 僅在以下情況下本公司才會受理換貨申請:
    1. 您收到的產品與訂單不符(例如錯誤的產品或數量),或產品在送達時已發生破損、滲漏等嚴重損壞。
    2. 產品存在製造上的明顯瑕疵或品質問題(例如產品已過期或變質),並且該問題非因客戶儲存或使用不當所致。
  • 不接受退換的情況: 下列情況本公司恕不接受退貨或換貨:
    • 任何冷藏或冷凍類食品(例如急凍海味產品)一經售出恕不退換。
    • 任何產品已被您部分或全部使用、食用,或經過任何形式的加工、烹調處理後,恕不接受退換 。食品類產品因個人喜好不合適(例如口味或大小不如預期)將不在退換範圍內。
    • 因為客戶本人保存不當(例如未按照建議的貯存方法存放)或人為疏忽導致商品變質、損壞的,不接受退換。
    • 商品的外包裝已拆封且非因運輸損壞的情況下,或商品包裝/封條被破壞,將不予退換。所有退換商品必須保持包裝完整且未經開封,包含產品本身的密封包裝未破損。
  • 換貨流程及要求: 若您的情況符合上述換貨條件,請您聯絡本公司客服申請換貨,並提供相關證明(例如商品問題的照片、訂單號碼等)。獲得初步確認後,請您按照客服指示將貨品連同原包裝、所有附件及購買發票或收據一併退回或帶到指定地點進行換貨。退回的產品必須沒有污損,並確保連同任何隨附的贈品也一併退還(若訂單中有贈品,退貨時需同時退回)。
  • 換貨方式: 經檢驗確認退回的商品符合換貨條件後,我們將為您更換相同款式、相同價值的產品重新寄出。如有存貨問題無法更換相同產品,本公司可與您協商以同等價值的其他產品替代。換貨只限一次:每張訂單僅限辦理一次換貨手續。若換貨商品價值低於原購買商品價值,差額將不獲退還(餘額將視作您放棄) 。
  • 費用責任: 如果換貨的原因屬於本公司責任(例如發錯貨或產品本身的質量問題),來回寄送的運費將由本公司承擔。但若換貨因個人原因提出(經本公司酌情特許的情況),可能需由客戶承擔退回商品給本公司的運費以及重新寄出的運費。
  • 特別聲明: 我們保留對退換貨申請的最終審核和決定權。如我們發現退回的產品並不存在上述所述問題,或不符合本政策條件,我們有權拒絕您的換貨請求,相關產品將退回給您(運費需由您承擔)。本政策並不影響您根据香港適用法律所享有的合法權利。若對退換貨政策有任何疑問,歡迎與我們聯絡。

 


We take product quality seriously and hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In view of food safety and hygiene, our company provides a limited return/exchange policy as outlined below:

  • Timeframe for Exchange Requests: If you discover an issue with your order and wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery receipt date). Requests made beyond this period may not be accepted . Please understand that, except under the conditions listed below, we generally do not accept returns for refund due to the perishable and consumable nature of our goods.
  • Eligible Reasons for Exchange: We will consider exchange requests only under the following circumstances:
    1. The product you received is not what you ordered – for example, you received the wrong item or the wrong quantity – or the product was delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition upon arrival.
    2. The product has a significant quality issue or manufacturing defect (e.g., expired or spoiled upon arrival) that was not caused by improper storage or handling on your part.
  • Situations Not Accepting Returns/Exchanges: We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
    • Any chilled or frozen food items (e.g., frozen seafood products) are sold on a non-returnable basis once delivered.
    • Any product that has been opened, used, partially consumed, or cooked/prepared in any way cannot be returned or exchanged . (For example, we do not accept returns on food products simply due to personal taste preference or change of mind.)
    • If a product has deteriorated or been damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer, we will not accept it for return/exchange . Customers are responsible for following any storage instructions provided with the product.
    • Products that have had their original packaging or seal opened or tampered with (except products verified to be damaged during delivery) are not eligible for return. All items for return/exchange must be in their original, unopened packaging, with seals, labels, and accessories intact.
  • Exchange Procedure & Requirements: If your situation meets the above criteria, please contact our customer service to request an exchange and provide relevant proof (such as photos of the product issue and your order number). Once we preliminarily approve your request, you will be instructed how to return the item to us or bring it to a designated location. You must include the product in its original packaging, all accessories and freebies, and the original sales invoice or receipt with your return. The returned item should be in clean condition without any additional damage. Any free gifts that came with the product must also be returned; otherwise, their value may be deducted from the exchange.
  • Exchange Method: After we receive the returned item and verify that it meets our criteria, we will process an exchange and send you a replacement of the same item or an item of equal value. In case the exact product is no longer available, we will discuss alternative solutions with you (such as substituting a similar item of equal value). Please note that only one exchange per order is permitted – we cannot process multiple successive exchanges for the same order. If the item you choose for exchange has a lower value than the original product, no refund of the difference will be provided (the remaining balance will be forfeited as a handling cost).
  • Shipping Costs: If the exchange is required due to an error on our part (e.g. we sent the wrong item or the product had a quality issue attributable to us), we will bear the transportation costs for returning the item and sending out the replacement. However, if an exchange is requested for other reasons (subject to our discretion and approval), the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost to us and the delivery cost of the new item.
  • Important Notes: We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return and exchange requests. If the returned product is found not to meet the conditions of this policy (for instance, no defect is found or it falls under “situations not accepting returns”), we may decline the request and return the item to you (shipping costs may be at your expense).
