送貨政策 (Delivery Policy)

我們致力為客戶提供快捷可靠的送貨服務。以下為本公司送貨安排的條款細則:

  • 送貨服務範圍: 我們目前只提供香港特別行政區本地送貨服務(不包括法例限制的禁區)。恕不提供海外配送服務。所有訂單將由我們委託的第三方物流公司(例如順豐速運)負責派送。本公司只提供預約門市自取服務。
  • 運費與免運費門檻: 單一訂單金額(折實計算,即扣除所有折扣後)滿 HK$1800 可享本地免運費送貨 。單一訂單金額若未滿 HK$1800,將收取固定運費 HK$60 作為送貨服務費用 。運費將於結帳時自動計算並顯示。
  • 發貨時間: 我們的出貨處理時間為每週週一至週五(不包括公眾假期)。在成功接獲您的訂單及付款後,我們通常會在 3–5 個工作天 內安排發貨。當訂單發貨後,您將收到電郵或簡訊通知追蹤號碼以便查閱送貨進度。
  • 送貨方式: 我們合作的物流公司將會在辦公時間內(通常為週一至週六的日間時段)將貨品送達您指定的送貨地址。每張訂單僅限安排送往一個送貨地址,恕不提供將同一訂單拆分配送至多個地址的服務。請確保提供正確的收件人姓名、地址及聯絡電話,以免延誤配送。
  • 特別送貨要求: 如您需要在指定日期或特定時間段收取貨品,我們可以提供特別安排,但需額外收取 HK$180 的行政費用。如有此需求,請您在下單時於備註欄註明,我們的客服人員將與您聯絡確認可行性及相關費用。
  • 收貨事項: 收貨時,請檢查包裹及所訂購的商品是否齊全無誤。如外箱明顯破損或商品有漏漏,請立即向配送員提出並與我們的客服聯絡。我們將盡力協助您跟進相關問題。
  • 其他事項: 所有送貨時間均為預計,實際送達可能因交通、天氣等因素有所延誤。本公司及物流夥伴將盡力依照上述時間範圍送貨,但對於因不可控因素導致的延誤不承擔責任。此外,本公司保留隨時修改送貨政策條款的權利而不作事先通知,如有任何更改將在網站上公佈。若對送貨安排有任何疑問,歡迎與我們的客戶服務部門聯絡。

 

We are committed to providing prompt and reliable delivery service to our customers. Please find below the terms and details of our delivery arrangements:

  • Service Area: We currently offer delivery within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only (excluding any restricted or prohibited areas). We do not ship to addresses outside Hong Kong at this time. All orders are delivered by an appointed third-party courier service (such as SF Express). We also offer scheduled in-store self-pickup by appointment only.
  • Shipping Charges & Free Delivery: We offer free local delivery for single orders with a net total of HK$1800 or above (after any discounts). For orders with a net total below HK$1800, a flat HK$60 shipping fee will apply. The delivery fee (if any) will be calculated and shown at checkout.
  • Dispatch Timeframe: Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Once your order and payment are confirmed, we typically arrange shipment within 3 – 5 working days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number via email or SMS when your order is shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status.
  • Delivery Method: Our partnered courier will deliver packages during normal business hours (generally Monday to Saturday daytime) to the shipping address you provided. Each order will be shipped to one single address only; we do not split shipments for one order to multiple addresses. Please ensure the recipient’s name, delivery address, and contact number are accurate to avoid delays or misdelivery.
  • Special Delivery Requests: If you require delivery on a specific date or within a particular time slot, we can arrange this for an additional HK$180 administrative fee. Please indicate any such request in the order notes when placing your order, and our customer service team will contact you to confirm the feasibility and any additional charges.
  • Upon Delivery: When receiving your order, please inspect the parcel and items to ensure everything is correct and intact. If the outer packaging is severely damaged or any items are missing/wrong, please inform the courier immediately and contact our customer service for assistance. We will work with you and the courier to resolve any delivery issues promptly.
  • Other Information: All delivery times are estimates and actual arrival may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. While we and our logistics partners strive to deliver within the stated timeframe, we are not liable for delays beyond our control. We reserve the right to update or revise these delivery terms at any time without prior notice, with any changes posted on our website.
